Responsibilities / Goals:

• Develop and implement recruitment program to increase current membership from 36 to 39 (net increase of 3).
• Develop and implement new member orientation brochure.
• Provide 2 membership development programs.

Club Public Relations / Program:  Mike Douglas  870-739-4700
Responsibilities / Goals:

• Coordinate and secure media coverage 2 times monthly (minimum).
• Coordinate and secure media coverage for all service projects.
• Coordinate and secure media coverage for all fundraising projects.
• Minimum of 2 foundation related media coverage.
• Secure Rotary sign at 2 city entrance points.
• Develop club bulletin and provide at each regular club meeting.
• Develop and communicate program schedule

Service Projects:    Chad Glass
 Responsibilities / Goals:

• Coordinate and implement dictionary project (Ernest & Sarah Crawford).
• Coordinate and implement Smiles for Kids project (Dr. Jim Johnston).
• Coordinate and implement Marion Lake Project (Rosalind).
• Coordinate and implement scholarship project.
• Serve as Interact liaison.
• Serve as BSA Troop 272 liaison.
• Coordinate and implement 8^{th Street Mission clothing drive project.}

 Responsibilities / Goals:

• Coordinate and implement Every Rotarian Every Year program.
• Submit and secure 2 district simplified matching grants.
• Provide a minimum of 2 foundation related programs for 2007-2008.
• Manage all foundation related communications and programs.

• Coordinate and implement baseball tournament fundraiser.
• Develop and implement 1 additional fundraiser for 2007-2008.
